Technical Features

• A generator which will provide enough energy for all the residences and communal areas has been implemented.
• Two tanks and hydrophores exist for communal areas irrigation and mains water usage
• Two telephone lines, Adsl (Internet), Digiturk (private broadcasting company) and extra satellite substructures have been prepared.
• "Honey Home" smart flat automation system has been installed in all the residences. Fire, gas leakage and burglary detectors exist.
• Natural gas pipes have been installed; dwellers will only launch their subscription from the authorized official department.
• All the residences have private central heating boiler and floor heating system.
• There are 16 security cameras within the communal areas, an electronic barrier at the entrance and 24-hour-onduty security guards.
• Bored and mini pile work has been performed in the construction and foundation system is raft foundation.
• All the residences are furnished with "Multitek" video intercom system which allows dwellers to have video talk with both the site and block entrance and voice talk with the car parks.
• The basement floors have been arranged as garages and each residence has two parking spaces.
• "AGM" trademark hydraulic elevators go down till the car parks.
